Spring Training
Dates: Feb. 18 and Feb. 25
Location: TBD
Details: There will be two weeks of games. Each team will play one game each week. The games will be less competitive and used more for preparing for the coming season.
Pitching: Each pitcher will be limited to two innings per game for spring training only.
Regular Season
Regular Season Opener: Saturday, March 2
Location: TBD
Game Times: 1 p.m., 4 p.m. 7 p.m.
Game Days: Opening game between the Rockies and Braves, a rematch of the 2023 championship game, will be on Saturday. Some make-up games could be on Saturday. All other games will be played on Sundays.
Age: Must be 18 years old or older prior to opening day. (No exceptions).
Pitching Age: No minimum pitching age.
Teams: We expect between six and eight teams, but the number of teams depend on registration numbers.
No. of Games: 15 regular season games, two spring trainings games, and the end of the season, single-elimination championship tournament.
Cost: $190 if paid before Feb. 1, $200 after Feb. 1. Does not include uniforms
Equipment: Personal equipment required, including glove, bats and cleats. Required items will not be provided.
Uniforms: Uniforms: Once selected to a team, players must purchase uniforms. Managers will provide information on where to purchase uniforms. All players on a team must wear the same uniform style.
Registration: All players must register online and agree to the liability release form prior to playing (included in the online registration).
Tryouts: All players new to the league are considered free agents and must attend a tryout. The tryout date is planned for Saturday, Feb. 3. Rain date will be Sunday, Feb. 4. Details of the event will be announced at a later date.
Draft: Following the tryout, managers will hold a closed-door draft of free agents to form teams. Players will be notified in the days following the draft.
Miscellaneous: We play on city or county public fields. All rules and ordinances applicable apply.
